If you have recently installed a washing machine, this may indicate that some problems occurred when connecting the washing machines to the sewer, and the installation was not successful.
It is possible that the water itself goes from the tank to the sewer, since the hose is installed below the loading tank. In this case, the device will say that there is not enough water and constantly draw new water.
How to check the correct connection of the washing machine?
In the case of a normal connection of the washing machine, the drain hose is located above the tank: it is attached either to a siphon or to a sewer pipe, rising 50-60 cm above the floor.
Therefore, if it seems to you that a recently connected device is drawing too much water, be sure to check the drain level.
Although, there is still the possibility of not being able to see the junction due to other items in the house. Then carry out this check: turn on the washing machine and wait until the tank is filled with water.
Then turn on the "drain" and, while the water subsides, pause. And follow the remaining water: if the drain stops when you press the pause, everything is fine. But if the water is still decreasing (you will notice it and maybe hear it) - this means that there is still a connection problem. In this case, it is better to postpone the washing process and call the master who will reinstall your washing machine.
But if you have had a washing machine for a long time, and all this time it worked correctly, but suddenly began to ask for water in huge quantities, then the point here is an “internal” problem. Something is wrong. Then you need to unplug the device from the outlet, close the water supply hose and drain the water using an additional filter.
