How to remove the front panel

  • Remove the dispenser.
  • Detach the decorative panel at the very bottom.
  • Pour the remaining water through pump filter elementby placing a rag under it.
  • Unscrew the screws securing the front panel to the device case. One bolt will be at the top and 2 at the bottom.
  • Take the lower part of the panel slightly towards you, then move it down and disconnect the entire panel by about 5-8 cm.
  • Disconnect and cords from blocking holes that are on the wall.

How to remove and install the drain hose

  • Connect the hose to the sewer and check the tightness of the drain hose connections on both sides.

Replacing the drain hose of Elestrolux and Zanussi washing machines

In the washing designs of Electrolux and Zanussi, access to the elements inside is carried out by opening the back wall of the panel, since the bottom is almost impossible to open, and the front panel does not open at all.

How to remove the back cover

  • Remove the back cover on the Elestrolux and Zanussi washing machinesRemove the outer cover of the washing machine. To do this, unscrew the 2 fastening screws from the rear panel, move the cover back and disconnect it.
  • Next, you should begin to unscrew the screws on top and a couple on the sides (they can be found under the plugs), and two or three from the bottom.
  • We separate the plastic fastenings of the intake valve from the rear panel and carefully disconnect the back wall.

How to remove and install the drain hose

  • Next, we look for the fastening of our hose and disconnect it by loosening the clamp.
  • We disconnect the hose from the body, after remembering the location.
  • We attach a new part in place of the old one, and fix it with a clamp.
  • We connect the free end to the sewer and check the level of tightness.
  • We assemble the back panel in descending order of all the above steps.

Replacing the drain hose top loading washing machine

In order to access the replacement of the drain hose in vertical type washing machines, it is enough just to remove the side cover.

  • Dismantling a top-loading washing machineIn order to remove the side wall, unscrew the screws from the end on the back of the case, unscrew one screw from the end, front and from the bottom panel. Next, slide the side wall off the rear panel, lower it down and detach.
  • After gaining access to the hose mount, loosen the clamp and remove it.
  • Dismantle the hose from the housing and stick it out of the washing machine.
  • Install the hose in reverse order.
