What does this error code mean?

There was a short circuit in the temperature sensor (NTS)

Most likely the washing machine is stuck in the middle of the wash or does not start the wash cycle at all.

• Unplug the washing machine from the mains for half an hour, thereby restarting it.

We replace and repair

1. We replace or repair the temperature sensor (NTS);
2. We repair the control module of the washing machine.
